Can Golf Boro be set up indoors or outdoors?

Yes! Our mini golf courses can be set up indoors or outdoors, depending on the venue, available space, and weather conditions. Courses can be arranged in different layouts depending on your venue. If you’re unsure whether you have enough room, send us a photo or your available dimensions and we’ll help determine the best setup.

Do you handle setup and pickup?

Absolutely! Golf Boro handles the setup and pickup of the course. All we need from you is access to the setup area at the agreed-upon times.

Please let us know ahead of time about stairs, elevators, long walking distances, restricted loading areas, narrow entrances, or anything else that could affect setup.

How long is the rental?

Our standard packages include up to 4 hours of play time.

Need more time? Additional rental time can be added for $25 per hour.

What happens if there is bad weather? 

Outdoor Events & Weather. Golf Boro equipment may be used outdoors; however, outdoor mini golf is weather-dependent. The Client is responsible for having an appropriate indoor or covered backup location whenever possible.

• Light Rain or Uncertain Forecasts. A forecast of rain alone does not automatically cancel an event. Golf Boro will make reasonable efforts to proceed when conditions are safe and the equipment can be properly set up and protected. 

• Severe or Unsafe Weather. Golf Boro reserves the right to delay, modify, relocate, suspend, or cancel setup or play when weather or site conditions could create a safety concern or damage equipment. This may include lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain, flooding, standing water, or other unsafe conditions.Client

• Weather Cancellation. If the Client chooses to cancel an outdoor event because of weather, payments already made are non-refundable. When Golf Boro is notified before delivery or setup has begun, amounts paid may be applied as a credit toward one rescheduled event occurring within 13 months of the original event date, subject to availability.

• After Delivery or Setup Begins. Once Golf Boro has departed for the event, delivered equipment, or begun setup, the rental is considered fulfilled for purposes of payment and no refund or rescheduling credit will be issued due to weather.

• Golf Boro Weather Cancellation. If Golf Boro determines that conditions are unsafe and the event cannot reasonably be relocated, delayed, or completed, the Client may apply payments made toward another available date within 13 months. Golf Boro and the Client will work together whenever reasonably possible to relocate the course indoors, adjust the setup time, or otherwise allow the event to continue safely

• Festival & Public Event Weather Policy. For festivals, fairs, community events, and other public events, Golf Boro will make reasonable efforts to operate as scheduled when weather and site conditions allow. If the event organizer cancels or postpones the event due to weather before Golf Boro has begun travel, delivery, or setup, payments made are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward one rescheduled event occurring within 13 months, subject to Golf Boro’s availability. Once Golf Boro has begun travel to the event, delivered equipment, or started setup, the reservation is considered fulfilled for payment purposes. No refund or rescheduling credit will be issued if the festival is later delayed, shortened, suspended, or canceled because of weather. Golf Boro reserves the right to delay, modify, suspend, or discontinue play when conditions are unsafe or could damage equipment, including lightning, high winds, heavy rain, flooding, or standing water.If possible, Golf Boro will work with the event organizer to adjust setup times, relocate the course to a covered or indoor area, or resume play if conditions improve.

Do you travel outside of Murfreesboro?

Yes! Golf Boro serves events throughout Tennessee and can travel to surrounding areas.

A delivery/travel fee may apply depending on the location of your event. Send us your event location and we’ll provide you with a complete quote.

Do you offer lighting for evening events?

Yes! LED lighting is available for outdoor and evening events. It’s a great addition for receptions, festivals, parties, and other events that continue after dark.

Can someone from Golf Boro stay during our event?

Yes! An on-site attendant can be added to your rental. Your attendant can help manage the course, assist guests, and keep everything running smoothly throughout your event.

 

Do you offer mini golf for weddings?

Absolutely! Weddings are one of our specialties.

Mini golf is a fun way to entertain guests during cocktail hours, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding celebrations. We also offer wedding-themed course options to make the setup feel like part of your big day.

Can you create a custom mini golf hole?

Yes! Golf Boro offers custom mini golf hole designs for businesses, organizations, special events, and personal use.

Is mini golf just for kids?

Not at all! Golf Boro is designed for all ages. Kids, adults, families, coworkers, and wedding guests can all enjoy the course together.

Children should have reasonable adult supervision while playing, and guests should not climb, sit, stand, or jump on the holes or obstacles.

Can we move the mini golf holes after setup?

We ask that guests and event staff do not move the holes, obstacles, signs, or decorations after Golf Boro has completed the setup.

Are food and drinks allowed on the course?

We ask that food and beverages be kept off the playing surfaces. This helps keep the course clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

What happens if something is damaged?

Normal wear from playing mini golf is expected. The person booking the event may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged or lost due to misuse, negligence, vandalism, or unauthorized handling.

Do I need permission from my venue?

Yes. Please make sure your venue allows the mini golf setup.

It’s also important to let us know about any venue requirements involving parking, loading, flooring, elevators, setup times, pickup times, or other restrictions before your event.

Can I make changes after I book?

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your event time, venue, package, number of holes, or add-ons.

Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on travel, labor, access, or customization requirements.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, weddings, festivals, and popular event dates.

Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
